Dept. Of Health Reports 28 Additional Deaths Due To COVID-19; 776 New Cases

On September 16, the Department of Health reported 28 additional deaths as a result of COVID-19 which brings the total number of deaths to 7,903.
As of 12:00 a.m. September 16, there were 776 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 146,990 in all 67 counties.

Approximately 10,204 of Pennsylvania’s total positive cases are in health care workers.
