Senate will likely return to session April 20, but no announcement yet.
BTW: It’s now been 31 days since the March 19 statewide COVID-19 shutdown in PA and there is still no word from the Senate or House about using their $172 million surplus to help taxpayers and small businesses through this pandemic.
