Gov. Wolf vetoed three more bills on Wednesday that would, he said, have limited the state’s flexibility to restructure its debt (House Bill 83 (Turzai-R-Allegheny), changed when price gouging restrictions apply during a declared emergency (Senate Bill 1172 (Vulakovich-R- Allegheny) and remove an authorization for an agricultural career education program (House Bill 2157 (Grove-R-York)). Last week, Gov. Wolf vetoed House Bill 2138 (Dowling-R-Fayette) that would impose a work requirement for individuals receiving Medicaid assistance.
